Artists Description

The Jesus painting is an interpretation of the house blessing picture that was on the walls of our old cottage and had been bought by the previous occupant, Christy Queally.
The painting, which references religious folk art and Egyptian funerary portraits, is part of an ongoing exhibition in my head entitled Pictures From A Parallel Universe Irish Cottage.
