. I was born in Riga. I live in a small and wondrous country - Latvia. Graduated from the Academy of Art, Sculpture Departament. My love and passion is photography. Currently I am living and working in my studio - my rural home, not far from Riga.
My works are very naive. I'm still looking at the world with naive eyes of the child! I take pictures of the world around me. Simple things. Nature. Birds. Animals.
I like to fantasize in compositions. I like still lifes. In sculpture I work in all genres and all materials
I accept orders.
I wrote an autobiographical novel - one life is not enough - about how a little girl was punching her way into life. One.
Despite classical art education I really love abstract art. It demands special inspiration, a certain degree of freedom in perception and creativity. I find it no end pleasant that abstract art expresses emotions directly and can be apprehended without the translation into a language of objects. I think that abstract art - a speech of the unconscious because I can know something new about myself by creating it.

I am a collector of Asian Art especially those from Indonesia and Malaysia . Most art pieces are painted by well known artists or those who have participated in art exhibitions in Asia and or internationally. Most of these paintings have also been valued or assessed for auction purposes by leading international valuers.
I’m an artist living on the North East Coast. I recently completed a series of paintings which were imaginative responses to archeological finds at an a Saxon site at Loftus in North Yorkshire.
At present I am working on a group of pictures concerned with the theme of ‘home’. Exploring my own history, I’m interested in ideas of belonging, memory and time.
